Bayer Leverkusen is considering a move for a promising young talent who previously played for Real Madrid.

In the summer, Sergio Arribas left Real Madrid and joined La Liga side Almeria. The 22-year-old had a successful season with Castilla and has continued to display good form in recent weeks with Almeria, a team currently facing challenges in securing a league victory this season.
If Almeria faces relegation from La Liga at the season’s end, Sergio Arribas is expected to be among those seeking a move next summer. There’s a possibility of his departure in January, which could pose a significant challenge for Almeria’s survival prospects.
According to MD, Bayer Leverkusen, led by Xabi Alonso, has a keen interest in Arribas and might pursue a transfer during the upcoming winter window. Leverkusen had expressed interest in the young midfielder during the summer, and the current struggles of Almeria in La Liga could prompt Leverkusen to make a move.
While Arribas could be a valuable addition for Leverkusen, he might find more consistent playing time at Almeria, which is crucial for his career development at this stage.
