Kylian Mbappe may be forced to sack his own mum and agent Fayza Lamari amid Real Madrid links
According to a recent rumour, Kylian Mbappe would have to fire his agent Fayza Lamari and mother.
Mbappe is still with Paris Saint-Germain for the time being, despite a public dispute between the team and the player over the summer.
The France international is still anticipated to complete a move to Real Madrid for the summer of 2019.
In the event that a transfer occurs, Mbappe’s mother Lamari, one of the player’s representatives, is anticipated to play a key role in any discussions over her son’s future.
Lamari has, in fact, established a reputation as a cunning negotiator who doesn’t mind stirring things up.
But according to Marca, Mbappe might have to break up with his mother in order to represent FIFA under new regulations.
FIFA forbids double representation, caps the commission agents receive from transfer fees and salaries, and wants agents to hold licences.
Lamari is not included among the thousands of registered agents in the new FIFA Agent Directory, as is evident on the FIFA Agent Platform.
