PREMIER LEAGUE
Tuesday is Timo Werner’s big day at Tottenham.

Timo Werner’s career could witness one of its most significant days on Tuesday.
According to Sky Sports, the underperforming 27-year-old German has already taken a private aircraft to London in advance of his Tottenham Hotspur medical.
If it is successfully completed, it can serve as a catalyst for the athlete to revitalise his waning career.
Werner never quite reached the level of performance at Leipzig that convinced Chelsea to give up £45 million (Sky Sports) and led to his return to the Bundesliga team.
Things have barely gotten better for him since then. He has only scored two goals in all competitions since the season began, according to WhoScored.

It’s obvious that Ange Postecoglou thinks he can work with the player, and as a result, medical permitting, Werner has the potential to not only revive his own career and his prospects of making the German national team for the European Championship, but also lead Spurs to victory.
According to Sky Sports, the medical is scheduled for Tuesday at some time. Should Werner’s loan period be successful, the north Londoners will also have the option to purchase him for £15 million.
Fans who may be scratching their heads right now should give the Australian their trust because of how well Tottenham has performed under his leadership.
Werner’s determination to show himself once more on the grandest platform and Postecoglou’s ability to finish together will be a match made in heaven.
