Man Utd: Ratcliffe revealed his first January transfer target, saying it will be a “tough decision.”

Joshua Kimmich, a midfielder for Bayern Munich, should be the first player that new investor Sir Jim Ratcliffe signs, according to former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov.
The British tycoon will own a 25% share in the Red Devils after an agreement between the club and Ratcliffe’s INEOS was struck, the team announced on Christmas Eve.
The Glazers plan to give Ratcliffe full command of football operations following the conclusion of the four- to six-week regulatory approval procedure.
That won’t happen until after the January transfer window, but according to a report, Ratcliffe must approve any significant transfers before they can proceed.
Berbatov believes that Kimmich, who is regarded as one of the best midfielders in global football and has frequently been likened to Philipp Lahm of Bayern Munich and Germany, should be Man Utd and Daniel Radcliffe’s first priority.
“Going forward with the takeover, I wonder how brave Man United will be in the transfer market,” said Berbatov to Betfair. Although Joshua Kimmich is being linked, he is a crucial member of Bayern Munich.
