Real Madrid settles on signing the most important deal from Mbappe next summer

Real Madrid is gearing up to bolster its squad next summer with the first signings in the 2024 transfer window, with a player specifically requested by manager Ancelotti. According to Spanish newspaper “AS”, Ancelotti has identified the left-back position as a priority, particularly following the inconsistency and injuries of Ferland Mendy. Ancelotti reportedly urged club president Perez to secure the signing of Bayern Munich’s dynamic full-back Alphonso Davies, with Perez assuring the coach that the deal is finalized and will be announced at the end of the season.
The newspaper further suggested that with the addition of Andrik and the acquisition of Alphonso Davies, along with the reinforcement at center-back, Real Madrid may not feel compelled to pursue signings like Haaland or Mbappe. This sentiment is particularly emphasized given the strong performance of Madrid’s attacking line this season.
Real Madrid considers the Alphonso Davies deal as paramount above all others, recognizing the player’s significant contribution to both the team’s attack and defense with his exceptional speed and remarkable skill. It is anticipated that Davies will forge a formidable partnership with Vinicius Junior on the left flank, creating a historic duo for the club.
