Kylian Mbappe would reportedly embark on a potential move to Arsenal as he is drawn by the opportunity to emulate his idol Thierry Henry

Mbappe’s contract at Paris Saint-Germain is about to expire, and this has sparked a lot of transfer rumours. Real Madrid pursued Mbappe hard in 2022, but he decided against moving to the Bernabeu. Although Madrid is still interested in Mbappe this season, there are rumours that he is looking into other possibilities. One such rumour from a recent edition mentions a possible transfer to the Premier League.

Arsenal has surfaced as a potential destination for Mbappe, according to The Independent, as the striker would “voluntarily join” the north London team to continue the legacy of Henry, Arsenal’s iconic striker and all-time leading goalscorer. But the Parc des Princes offices still think that moving to Real Madrid is the most likely course of action.

According to reports, Mbappe is not satisfied with the current Real Madrid financial package because it is not as lucrative as the one that was given in 2022.

The player’s entourage reportedly approached Liverpool, but the Reds refused to alter their wage structure, according to the source. Should Mbappe decide to turn down Madrid after leaving PSG, Arsenal might also decide to take the same path, which would limit his alternatives.
