Man Utd’s asking price for Mason Greenwood confirmed with two Champions League giants interested

Two Champions League teams are apparently interested in Mason Greenwood; Manchester United has established an asking price.
Greenwood and the Red Devils reached a mutual agreement back in August to let the 22-year-old to pursue his career outside of Old Trafford.
Following the dismissal of the Crown Prosecution Service’s case against Greenwood for attempted rape, assault, and coercive control, United launched an internal investigation into the matter.
Greenwood announced his loan move to Spanish La Liga team Getafe for the 23–24 season on transfer deadline day.
Greenwood has made 24 appearances in all competitions since joining Getafe, contributing five assists and seven goals.
Greenwood has therefore been connected to a permanent departure from United in the summer.
Fussball News claims that if United were to let go of the Englishman during the summer transfer window, they would need to recover at least €40 million.
According to rumours, Greenwood is interested in joining with Spanish La Liga powerhouses Barcelona and Atletico Madrid after his loan deal with Getafe expires at the end of the current campaign.

Greenwood and Jude Bellingham, a great player for Real Madrid, are said to have had an altercation recently.
La Liga is presently looking into the Madrid midfielder for allegedly making an abusive comment to Greenwood.
“I know the same thing that you know,” Getafe manager Jose Bordalas remarked following the event. It is not for me to decide; the Federation, La Liga, and the club must decide on it.
“All I can say is that, because Mason Greenwood is a wonderful man, I ask for your respect.”
“He is a man who respects everyone and has exemplary behaviour,” Bordalas continued.
This weekend, Greenwood and Getafe will return to action when they play Barcelona on Saturday afternoon.
