Ian Wright left ‘very disappointed’ after what he’s heard about 22-year-old Arsenal player recently

Regarding what Rio Ferdinand recently remarked about Bukayo Saka, Ian Wright has made his assessment, asserting that the Arsenal player is not yet a world-class player.
Bukayo Saka is one of the Premier League’s best players right now. The 22-year-old has now netted seven goals in his previous five Premier League games.
That is world-class form by anybody’s standards. Naturally, though, that does not automatically make someone exceptional. And it appears that Saka has not yet attained that degree in Rio Ferdinand’s perspective.
Ian Wright takes issue with Rio Ferdinand’s remarks about Bukayo Saka.
Ferdinand recently stated that Saka cannot be regarded as world-class until he has shown himself in the later stages of the Champions League and other major tournaments.

It’s reasonable to say that Saka hasn’t yet had an opportunity to demonstrate his mettle in the European knockout stages. Furthermore, this Arsenal team is still a relative novice in the Premier League title fight.
Ian Wright, however, criticised Ferdinand in a speech on Wrighty’s House for starting a pointless argument on such a personal subject.
You understand that everything about what Rio said feels incredibly boring and clickbait-like. It’s really individualised. It’s just one of those things where stating something like that just clicks. I cannot even begin to picture the hardship that Bukayo would have endured, for I can assure you that he will have seen it, he will have heard it and they will have had to deal with it,” he said.
“If I were him, I would be a little pissed up about that. Rio brought it up in such a way, and I would be quite pissed off at him for that because, especially with TNT, everything is a story. So, it’s something now. To be honest, I think Rio is one of the most decorated players, so I’d be really curious to see how his relationship with him is going. However, having that kind of talk does not help. It is not beneficial. I was really dissatisfied in that specific case because it wasn’t necessary.
I was really dissatisfied in that specific case because it wasn’t necessary.
The Arsenal star has undoubtedly responded in a world-class manner.
It’s noteworthy how much discussion Saka’s status as a world-class player has already generated since those remarks surfaced. Furthermore, if you were to be cynical, you would have to concede that Ferdinand was likely well-informed when he made that assertion on his own channel.
In the end, one could legitimately say that Saka is not yet in the same league as world-class players. However, it is impossible to dispute those who placed the Arsenal player there.
And it’s amazing how the England international has answered. The initial remarks were made by Ferdinand following the 6-0 victory over West Ham.
Saka has scored another three goals since then.
Maybe he is not world-class just yet. But Saka is definitely on his way at a rapid rate
