Mohamed Salah ‘has signed Saudi contract’ as Premier League cult hero drops Liverpool bombshell

Mohamed Salah has ‘signed a contract’ with a team in the Saudi Pro League, according to a former Premier League player.
The Liverpool winger was targeted by Saudi Pro League champions Al Ittihad last summer.
Al Ittihad bid £150 million for Salah as the transfer window drew to a close, which Liverpool rejected.
Salah, who has a contract with the Reds until 2025, remains a top target for clubs in the Middle East.
After moving from Roma to Liverpool in 2017, the 31-year-old has established himself as one of Jurgen Klopp’s most dependable players.
During his tenure at Anfield, he has won the FA Cup, the Premier League, the Champions League, and two Carabao Cups.
But according to Mido, a former striker for the Premier League, his days in English football are numbered.
He says Salah has already agreed terms with an unnamed Saudi club ahead of the upcoming transfer window.

“Mohamed Salah will be in the Saudi League next season,” Mido stated on X. There are signed contracts.”
Last summer, Liverpool lost a number of players to the Saudi Pro League.
After dropping out of the starting lineup, Roberto Firmino joined Al Ahli, and Fabinho went to Al Ittihad.
Jordan Henderson, a former captain, joined Al Ettifaq but has since joined Dutch powerhouse Ajax back in Europe.
After this season, Klopp will resign as manager of Liverpool. Without a doubt, it will affect Salah’s prospects.
The Egypt captain sustained a muscle injury during this month’s 4-1 victory over Brentford, and is presently out.

He is questionable for Wednesday’s FA Cup fifth round matchup against Southampton after missing Sunday’s Carabao Cup final victory against Chelsea.
During a press conference on Tuesday, Klopp gave an update and discussed Darwin Nunez and Dominik Szoboszlai’s fitness.
“With a lot of players, especially the boys who [were] not available for the final – like Darwin, Mo, and Dom – it’s touch and go,” he stated. We need to check their capabilities right now.”
