Coventry star aims dig at Man Utd after drawing them in FA Cup semi-final, it shows where Erik ten Hag’s men are right now

A Coventry City player took a jab at Manchester United following their draw in the FA Cup semifinals.
Coventry’s incredible FA Cup run continued on Saturday as they secured a spot in the competition’s final four.
The Championship team defeated Wolverhampton Wanderers 3-2 at Molineux after falling behind at the ninetieth minute thanks to two goals in injury time.
Their reward is a date at Wembley Stadium against Man United, who defeated Liverpool 4-3 at Old Trafford on Sunday in an incredible quarterfinal match.
Since they defeated Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 in extra time to win the FA Cup in 1987, Coventry has not advanced to this level of the competition.
If the Sky Blues defeat United, they might face Chelsea or the defending champions Manchester City in the championship game.
That might have been a difficult task a few years ago, but Coventry players and supporters will be quietly optimistic that they can defeat Erik ten Hag’s patchy team.
Some, like Milan van Ewijk, are so openly optimistic about their prospects.
Prior to their matchup with United next month, the Dutch right-back has poked fun at the team and acknowledged that their draw hasn’t been too bad.
According to ZiggoSport, the 23-year-old stated, “The draw is alright.”
While it may have been a challenging assignment a few years ago, Coventry players and supporters will be quietly confident that they can overcome Erik ten Hag’s inconsistent squad.
Some people are so overtly positive about their futures, like Milan van Ewijk.
The Dutch right-back has made fun of the team before their showdown with United the following month and said that their draw hasn’t been too dreadful.
ZiggoSport reports that the 23-year-old said, “The draw is alright.”
Before eliminating Liverpool, United defeated Wigan Athletic, Newport County, and Nottingham Forest.
