Liverpool have £68m offer for potential Mo Salah replacement rejected

Liverpool reportedly lost out on a £68 million bid for a long-term Mo Salah successor, which dealt them a serious transfer setback. With the news that Jurgen Klopp would be departing Liverpool at the end of the season, there is a great deal of uncertainty surrounding the club for the first time in what seems like an eternity.

Given Rodrygo’s background, Real Madrid will probably be asking for a significantly higher price; the article suggests that their asking price could range from €100 to €120 million.

The 23-year-old has been a standout player for Real Madrid thus far this season, with five assists and eight goals in La Liga. He has also contributed five goals and an assist in Madrid’s Champions League campaign.
