Fans all have the same complaint after Man City and Arsenal draw in crunch Premier League clash
Manchester City and Arsenal played to a goalless draw at the Etihad Stadium, a result that could have significant implications in the race for the Premier League title this season.
Arsenal began the day at the top of the Premier League table, ahead of Liverpool on goal difference.
However, Liverpool regained the top spot with a 2-1 victory over Brighton, putting pressure on Arsenal to secure a win against City in order to reclaim their position at the summit of the table.
However, the game witnessed relatively few scoring opportunities, with only two shots on target by the 80th minute.
Gabriel Jesus came close for Arsenal with a low effort that narrowly missed the post in the first half, while Leandro Trossard forced a save from Stefan Ortega late in the game. However, neither team managed to consistently test the opposing goalkeepers throughout the match.
Following the full-time whistle at the Etihad Stadium, many fans expressed a common complaint.

One wrote: “Watching this match is pure torture.”
A second agreed: “Marginally better than the first half but still frustratingly dull.”
A third added: “So much hype for this.”
And a fourth said: “I’m not sure either team deserves to win this.”
Another fan, meanwhile, claimed: “These kinds of big games are typically built up, but in actuality they are usually boring because both teams are terrified of losing.”
The outcome ensures that Arsenal maintains their lead over City in the Premier League table, but they now trail Liverpool by two points, with nine games remaining for all three teams this season.
City’s next match is against Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, while Arsenal will host Luton Town at the Emirates Stadium, a rematch of their thrilling 4-3 encounter earlier in the campaign.
However, Liverpool emerges as the significant victors for today, and they aim to maintain their lead in the title race until the final day of the season.
