Gabriel Jesus could create piece of Premier League history in Arsenal vs Luton that’s never happened before

Gabriel Jesus has the chance to create Premier League history in Arsenal’s Premier League fixture against Luton Town. Liverpool by two points, who are not scheduled to play until Thursday night. Ahead of the Arsenal-Luton match, Brazilian forward Jesus is in contention to achieve a remarkable milestone. Jesus shares his birthday with the day of Arsenal’s match against Luton. During his time at Manchester City, Jesus scored on his 24th birthday against Leicester City, potentially making him the first player to score a Premier League goal on his birthday for two different clubs.

Recently, Jesus faced criticism from former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who stated on Viaplay: “There’s a lot [of similarities between current Arsenal side and his team], [Martin] Odegaard and [Dennis] Bergkamp… They have no Thierry Henry at the moment because I think Gabriel Jesus is injured a lot.

He continued: “What the top, top player doesn’t tolerate is [being] in and out. The guys who make history are the guys who are consistently there. [Cristiano] Ronaldo and [Lionel] Messi, they play for 15 years, 50 to 60 games per year.”

Following the goalless draw against City, Jesus stated:

“I always give my all to support my team, regardless of my position on the field. Against City, I found myself playing deeper than usual, occupying the winger role. Despite this adjustment, I believe I contributed positively to the team’s performance. While I feel I could have performed better in certain instances, football is unpredictable.”

“This is the most beautiful part of the season, you try everything to win titles. It’s the Premier League, it’s a tough league and anything can happen. It is only two points the difference [with Liverpool] and then we have a very good goal difference. Everything counts at the end, but there are still a lot of games.”
