The odds for potential replacements for Erik ten Hag at Manchester United have emerged following the team’s dramatic encounter against Coventry City in the FA Cup.

Man United relinquished a three-goal advantage at Wembley Stadium but managed to secure victory over Coventry on penalties, setting up a clash against Manchester City in the final.

Despite the triumph, only three players from the Red Devils celebrated the win, reflecting the tense atmosphere surrounding the team.

Despite clinching a spot in the FA Cup final, Erik ten Hag is facing increasing scrutiny and is rumored to be facing dismissal at the end of the season, as per Jamie Carragher’s assessment. Carragher remarked, “That result there has cost a United manager his job.

I don’t see how he stays, I don’t.” The Liverpool legend further commented on the team’s performance, expressing that the dressing room atmosphere must be tense and embarrassed despite the victory.

“If you were at the top at Manchester United, what is it about the situation watching this team, the manager and his personality that would be making you think he’s taking us forward next season?”

Amid speculation surrounding Erik ten Hag’s future at Manchester United, surprising odds have emerged on who might replace him, with Gareth Southgate emerging as the frontrunner, according to bookmakers. Sky Bet lists Southgate as the favorite to succeed the 54-year-old, followed by Graham Potter, who has been without a job since his departure from Chelsea.

Thomas Tuchel is also considered a contender, with reports suggesting that Sir Jim Ratcliffe has reached out to the Bayern Munich manager.

Additionally, other names in contention include Roberto De Zerbi, Julian Nagelsmann, Zinedine Zidane, Thiago Motta, Unai Emery, Julen Lopetegui, and Kieran McKenna.
