Chelsea ’to offer’ two players in stunning deal for Napoli star Victor Osimhen

Chelsea have been linked with Napoli star Victor Osimhen
Chelsea is said to have incorporated two players in their offer to acquire Napoli sensation Victor Osimhen.
In the previous summer, the Blues made significant investments to secure players such as Moises Caicedo, Nicolas Jackson, and Christopher Nkunku.
Nevertheless, their campaign has been notably underwhelming, with Mauricio Pochettino’s team currently occupying the eighth position in the Premier League standings with 51 points, trailing the top four by 16 points.
Looking ahead to the summer transfer window, reports suggest that Chelsea are planning to revive their longstanding interest in Osimhen.
According to Italian journalist Gianluca di Marzio, Chelsea aims to negotiate a deal with Napoli for a fee ranging between €80 million and €90 million.
In an effort to facilitate the negotiations, Chelsea intends to include Romelu Lukaku and a young player as part of their offer for Osimhen.
The 25-year-old Osimhen is highly coveted across Europe, with clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Paris Saint Germain expressing interest in him.
In the current season, Osimhen has showcased his prowess by tallying 16 goals and providing four assists in 29 appearances across all competitions for Napoli.

Earlier this year, ex-Chelsea and Nigeria player John Obi Mikel stated that Osimhen desires a transfer to Stamford Bridge.
He said: “I think there is genuine interest between both. I think he loves the club, he wants to come to the club.
“Obviously, he wants to follow my footsteps as a Nigerian player who has played for Chelsea – Victor Moses, Celestine Babayaro, not a lot of us.”
Mikel added: “But he also has a lot of interest. Paris Saint-Germain, Man United.
“I’m still pushing, sending him messages, trying to make sure he doesn’t expect too much, narrow you’re mind on one club – the Blues.”
Chelsea will be playing in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon against West Ham United, managed by David Moyes.
