According to the Spanish network Defensa Central, Florentino Perez and Jose Angel Sanchez are focusing all their efforts on securing Alphonso Davies, who has a contract with Bayern Munich that extends until the summer of 2025. The Spanish network explained that Real Madrid sports officials are counting on Alphonso Davies’ readiness and desire to play for the Royal Club, which has been confirmed in recent hours. Defensa Central reported that Davies has already made his decision about his future clear to his agent and several intermediaries who inquired about him.
The Spanish network also indicated that Hansi Flick wanted Davies to join Barcelona in 2025 as a free player without a transfer fee to Bayern Munich. Meanwhile, Manchester City expressed willingness to pay over 60 million euros for him in the summer transfer period. However, Davies was straightforward, stating that he only wants to sign for Real Madrid.
