**Erik ten Hag Backs Antony Despite Tough Season**
Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has expressed his confidence in Antony’s potential to succeed at the club. He remains optimistic about the young Brazilian’s future at Old Trafford.
Antony had a promising start when he joined Manchester United, scoring three goals in his first three games. However, things became more challenging for him as the season progressed, and his performance declined. Ten Hag acknowledged that last season was tough for Antony but still believes in his talent.
“He showed his potential in the first month. Scoring three times in his first three games was impressive,” Ten Hag told AD. “After that, it became more difficult, and last season was not good.”
Despite the struggles, Ten Hag is confident that Antony can overcome these challenges and become an important player for Manchester United.
