Kylian Mbappé made a significant impact at Real Madrid by netting his first goal for the club during their 2-0 victory over Atalanta in the European Super Cup final, securing another trophy for the team.

After the game, Mbappé expressed his enthusiasm: “It was an amazing night. I’ve been eagerly anticipating the chance to play for this club, don this jersey, and represent this badge. Scoring in such a crucial match and helping the team clinch the title means a great deal to me. Here at Madrid, winning is always expected.”

Mbappé continued, “I’m really pleased with how everything unfolded, and naturally, as a striker, scoring goals is always key. But beyond that, I’m just delighted to be playing alongside such skilled teammates, something I’ve looked forward to for a long time. Today was truly a wonderful day.”

When questioned about his personal ambitions for the season, Mbappé showed his determination. “We are Real Madrid, and we don’t set limits for ourselves. If there’s a chance to score 50 goals, that’s what I’ll aim for. But the most important thing is that we win as a team and keep improving together, because that’s what brings success.”

In a playful moment after his goal, Mbappé was tackled in celebration by his teammate Antonio Rudiger. He jokingly remarked, “I hope he keeps doing that, and I’ll keep scoring goals.”
