🚨⚽Manchester United Offer Sancho and €20M in Exchange for Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong
**Manchester United Reportedly Offers Sancho and €20M for Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong**
Manchester United is said to be intensifying its efforts to sign Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona with a new offer that includes €20 million and Jadon Sancho. According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, talks between the two clubs are still underway, with United eager to secure their long-term target.
Sancho, who has struggled to perform consistently at Old Trafford, was excluded from Erik ten Hag’s squad for United’s opening Premier League game against Fulham and was absent in their recent defeat to Brighton. Reports indicate that Sancho, unhappy with his current situation, has asked to leave the club. Previous negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain did not materialize, but Juventus has now emerged as a possible destination, although financial limitations make a permanent move difficult.
United seems determined to move the winger. The club is reportedly asking for £40 million but might consider a loan arrangement if Juventus agrees to pay Sancho’s substantial £250,000 per week salary, as well as a loan fee and a future purchase obligation. Meanwhile, Barcelona is assessing an alternative offer, where Sancho would be included in a swap deal for De Jong, along with a €20 million payment.
