The transfer team at Barcelona, the La Liga giants, have shifted their focus to Germany as they continue their search for reinforcements for next season.

According to Diario Sport, the Blaugrana are showing strong interest in signing Bayern Munich star Leroy Sané.

With uncertainty still surrounding the club’s financial situation for next summer, the Camp Nou leadership is seeking affordable reinforcements for Hansi Flick’s attacking line.

Jonathan David, a standout at LOSC Lille, has been marked as a potential free agent signing for 2025, with his contract in France set to expire.

Sané, who is also increasingly expected to leave Bayern for free, has now caught Barcelona’s attention as well.

Deco and his team are likely to look for reinforcements on the wing next summer, after missing out on Athletic Club standout Nico Williams.

And, according to Sport:

‘Sané has the desired profile of a differential player on the wing. For now, the Blaugrana club is fully informed of his situation.’
