De Jong knows it: this player will keep him out of Flick’s starting lineup
Frenkie de Jong is facing a tough situation at Barcelona. After making his comeback in the game against Young Boys, the Dutch midfielder showed his readiness to be a valuable player under Hansi Flick’s management.
De Jong aims to perform at his best with Flick and help Barcelona win the titles they missed out on last season. According to a report from the Spanish outlet El Nacional, Gavi is nearing a return from injury, which presents a direct challenge for De Jong.
