Former Manchester United midfielder and French international Paul Pogba has mutually agreed to terminate his contract with Juventus and is set to join a surprising Premier League club
Paul Pogba has recently addressed rumors linking him with a potential move to Olympique Marseille, dismissing the speculation as unlikely. The 31-year-old French midfielder, currently under suspension due to a doping violation, has seen his career put on hold.
After testing positive for testosterone early in the 2023-24 season, Pogba faced a lengthy ban, casting doubt on his football future. However, his successful appeal resulted in a reduced suspension, allowing him the possibility of returning to the field by March 2025.

Evra had jokingly suggested that he would recommend Pogba to Marseille’s sporting director, sparking widespread media speculation.
Pogba has since clarified these rumors in an interview with *L’Equipe*, calling them far-fetched and reaffirming his commitment to his current contract with Juventus, which runs until 2026.
Despite Pogba’s clarification, his future at Juventus remains uncertain. His second spell at the Italian club has been marred by injuries and the doping scandal, raising questions about his long-term role at the club. Juventus and Pogba’s representatives are reportedly in discussions about the possibility of a mutual contract termination, which could open up new opportunities for the Frenchman.
