Fans are not happy with Arsenal midfielder Jorginho after spotting his behaviour during his side’s win over West Ham United.

Arsenal made it three wins in three matches on Saturday as they comfortably beat local rivals West Ham United 5-2 in a Premier League clash at the London stadium.

Five different players each found the back of the net for the Gunners, with Gabriel, Leandro Trossard, Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka all scoring in the match.

However, the goalscorers are not the player that fans are talking about, as they took to social media to criticise the behaviour of one Arsenal player during the closing moments of the game.

In the closing moments of the match, midfielder Jorginho appeared to block the view of West Ham keeper Lukasz Fabianski afterArsenal were awarded a free kick in a dangerous position.

After complaints from the Polish keeper, referee Anthony Taylor intervened to tell Jorginho to move to allow Fabianski to see the incoming free kick better, but that didn’t stop fans speaking up about the incident.

Reacting to the moment online, one fan wrote on X: “Jorginho ridiculous! Anti-football, disgraceful”

While one asked: “What sort of barbaric sportsmanship was that?”

Another criticised the midfielder, adding: “Jorginho blocking the view of Fabianski when he’s setting up his wall in the 90th minute when the game is all done really tells you everything about his character.”

Ultimately, even if Arsenal had gone on to score another goal as the visitors were comfortably ahead when the incident occurred.

The result makes it three wins in a row for Arsenal after they dropped points to Newcastle United and Chelsea in the Premier League and Inter Milan in the Champions.

It takes the Gunners up to second in the League with 25 points and puts pressure on both first-placed Liverpool and fourth-placed Manchester City who play each other at Anfield on Sunday.
