After La Clasico, Gavi sends a powerful message to Florentino Perez
This Sunday, FC Barcelona outperformed Real Madrid in the final of the Supercup of’Spain in Jeddah, thus winning its first trophy of the season, the first also since its title of champion of’Spain in 2023.
During this meeting, Gavi was dazzling, in line with his brilliant performance against Bilbao in the semi-final. If the native of Huelva was one of the major craftsmen of this victory, he also wanted to address a special word to the president of the rival club, Florentino Perez.
« I wanted to thank you for the letter you sent me’ when j’ was injured », Gavi told Florentino Perez, referring to his serious knee injury during’a match with’Spain against Georgia. At the time, the President of Real Madrid had taken the’ initiative to send a letter to the player, wishing him a speedy recovery.
