“I’ve been through a lot—more than most people realize—and I’ve now reached a point where I’m clear on my path,” he shared, exuding confidence and determination.
After joining Chelsea in 2020, Havertz had high expectations of playing a pivotal role in the club’s resurgence, especially after an outstanding season with Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.
However, the transition to life in England and the pressure to perform at a new level proved to be challenging. Despite occasional flashes of brilliance, Havertz faced periods where consistency eluded him.
