LIVERPOOL
Liverpool fans are certain a player is on his way out after a leaked team sheet from a behind-closed-doors friendly surfaced.

Liverpool supporters believe one of the club’s star players could be on his way out after noticing his absence from a behind-closed-doors friendly squad.
With the 2025/26 Premier League season just weeks away, Liverpool are actively navigating the summer transfer market. While they had been linked to Newcastle striker Alexander Isak, the Reds ultimately pushed forward with a move for Eintracht Frankfurt’s Hugo Ekitike. That signing follows earlier deals for Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong, and Milos Kerkez.
But Liverpool’s transfer activity hasn’t only involved new arrivals. Several players have also been tipped to depart, and fans think the next exit might be imminent after a leaked image revealed the lineup for Sunday’s friendly match.
- Liverpool cruised to a 5-0 win over Stoke City at the AXA Training Centre, with Darwin Nunez scoring a hat-trick and Rio Ngumoha and Federico Chiesa also getting on the scoresheet. A squad photo shared by journalist Ben Pescod showed that head coach Arne Slot fielded a strong team including Wirtz, Mohamed Salah, and Virgil van♥ Dijk.
