Man Utd Wants Tchouameni, but Real Madrid Sets a Tough Condition

Manchester United is showing strong interest in Aurelien Tchouameni as they look for a long-term replacement for Casemiro. However, the deal is almost impossible because Real Madrid has no intention of selling their 25-year-old midfielder.

Real Madrid values Tchouameni at no less than €100 million and has made it clear that they are not open to negotiations. Coach Xabi Alonso and the club’s board view him as a key part of both their present and future plans.

There is only one scenario in which Real Madrid would consider letting him go:

Tchouameni himself must officially request to leave to join Manchester United.

At the moment, Real Madrid believes the French midfielder is happy at the club and wants to continue contributing at the Santiago Bernabéu, which makes the transfer extremely unlikely.

Manchester United’s interest comes as Casemiro’s future remains uncertain. His contract expires at the end of the season, and although there is an option to extend for one more year, the club’s leadership reportedly does not want to activate it due to his high wages.

Additionally, United’s absence from the Champions League this season makes it harder to convince top players like Tchouameni to join Old Trafford.

Because of that, a more realistic target for Manchester United could be Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson, who is valued at around £60 million.
