Barca: An XXL return and a great first to face Seville
Gavi is back! Nearly a year after suffering a cruciate ligament rupture, the 20-year-old midfielder, who last played on November 19, 2023, in a Euro qualifying match against Georgia, has finally returned to Barcelona’s squad. As announced by Hansi Flick yesterday, Gavi is ready to face Sevilla this Sunday evening, which is great news for the team.
In addition to Gavi, Wojciech Szczesny will make his first appearance, and Lamine Yamal, Fermin Lopez, and Dani Olmo will also feature in the lineup. It’s a particularly strong squad for Hansi Flick!
