Final decision… Hansi Flick puts one of Barcelona’s strikers on the winter market

Barcelona secured a significant 5-1 win over Sevilla in the tenth round of the Spanish League, helping them maintain their top spot in the La Liga standings.
Hansi Flick has now paved the way for several Barcelona players with uncertain futures, stating that those who remain must accept a secondary role. According to the Spanish newspaper *El Nacional*, Flick has made the firm decision that a key player must depart in the upcoming January transfer window, a conclusion he reached after the match against Sevilla.
The player in question is Pau Victor, who started the season with high expectations following his inclusion in the squad by Joan Laporta and Deco, thanks to his impressive preseason performances. Despite receiving offers from clubs like Getafe, Leganes, Rayo Vallecano, Valladolid, and Valencia, Pau Victor chose to stay at Camp Nou, keeping his number after scoring against teams like Manchester City and Real Madrid in friendly matches.
However, his role as Robert Lewandowski’s primary backup has been difficult, and he hasn’t lived up to expectations based on his performance statistics. This has led Flick to consider letting him go. So far this season, Pau Victor has managed one goal and one assist, but Flick remains unsatisfied with his overall contribution. As a result, he has allowed the player to seek a move either in the winter transfer window or by the summer at the latest.
Flick has also cautioned Pau Victor that if he stays until the end of the season, his role will be minimal, and he will struggle to get the playing time he wants. Fortunately for Pau Victor, several clubs remain interested in him, particularly after his impressive displays in the United States, providing him with numerous options both in Spain and across Europe.
