VAR in Valencia: FIFA reacts to the complaint of Real Madrid and spits out its truths
FIFA supports Real Madrid’s approach to’ use of VAR. The Madrid club has repeatedly expressed its views on the’ importance of video arbitration, especially to ensure fairer decisions and avoid costly mistakes.
Real Madrid are deeply dissatisfied with’arbitration in force in Spain for several decades and the way in which VAR is used.
VAR in Valencia: FIFA reacts to the complaint of Real Madrid and spits out its truths
According to information from Jose Felix Diaz, a journalist for Marca, FIFA believes that it can prove that VAR was not used correctly during the’ expulsion of Vinci in Mestalla. They judge that the VAR has lost the’ spirit that was animating it during its first set-up. This is why FIFA considers that’it is necessary to reconsider its use, in order to make it clearer for all and less interventionist.
At Real Madrid, we are delighted that FIFA shares their point of view, given their outrage. They believe that what happened in Mestalla once again confirms their call for’a total reform of the’arbitration, a message that club officials conveyed to Gianni Infantino during their recent meeting in Doha, the journalist explains.
They believe that’ with the change of president to the Spanish Football Federation, nothing will really change. According to them, it is urgent to make a complete change of the Technical Commission of Arbitrators, because it lacks credibility and the level of the’arbitration is very poor. For the moment, it does not seem that’another club shares this opinion, or, at least, that’another club expressed it in one way or another’.

Against everything and against everyone
Against all odds, Real Madrid S’y is used to it, facing attacks and lack of respect from the president of La Liga and the president of’UEFA. There is no’y other choice than to continue fighting in the same way, until’a competent person arrives and makes the decision to reform the Spanish’arbitrage. This is’an ambitious project, even able to face the’injustice.
This requires much more’ efficiency on the part of everyone, but it’is something that Real Madrid is already used to, due to the weight of its jersey. The errors of’arbitration can have an impact on certain moments, but the season is long. The’merengue team must seek to reveal its best version to achieve the best possible performance.

They consider themselves favorites
Within the technical staff and players, there is great confidence in their ability to accomplish great things this season. After having already won two titles, they are very motivated to win the remaining five. In September and October, no one was betting on them, but today’, they reversed the situation. The season is planned in such a way that’from January and February they reach their best form.
This’ is an exciting challenge, but the’team of’Ancelotti wishes to inscribe its name in the’history for the second consecutive year. They have the best players in the world, and the game as well as the’attitude of the team have improved significantly in recent weeks.
