🔥🏟️LiverpoolArne Slot makes HILARIOUS Man United comment
Liverpool’s currently-happening battle with Manchester United has been one of the most highly anticipated matches of the season so far.
This is, in part, because of just how poor Manchester United have been and just how good Liverpool are.
It is well established that Liverpool are top of both the Premier League and Champions League, whilst United languish in 13th place before kickoff on just 22 points – under half of Liverpool’s total despite having played a game more.
But this clearly wasn’t playing on the mind of Arne Slot – not if his pre-match interview is to be believed.
In assessing today’s opponents in an interview with Sky Sports before the game, the Dutchman said, “[Manchester] United got more quality than most teams we face”.

It is difficult not to laugh at the suggestion.
Arne Slot starts the mind games early
A team that, just last week, were called the worst team in the league by one of their own media darlings in Gary Neville to have more quality than most is a juxtaposition that most would be able to see.
It is clear that Slot had started his mind games early, making sure his blushes could be spared if Liverpool were to drop points for only the sixth time in 20 games today.
But given their squad makeup and the performances they have been putting out, Manchester United’s lack of quality is more evident than ever.
Andre Onana is a mistake-a-game goalkeeper, Matthijs de Ligt and Harry Maguire remain shells of their former selves, Casemiro is one of the worst players in the entire league and striker Rasmus Hojlund averages one shot a game.
It is a far sight from the battles that the teams used to have featuring some of the very best players in the entire world.
Instead, it is a star-studded Liverpool team toying with a starting XI that couldn’t displace even one of the Merseyside Reds from their place in the side.
And hopefully the rest of this game will
make that abundantly clear.
