Harvey Elliott’s latest update has drawn attention from former Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson, amid growing speculation that the midfielder is set to leave Anfield.

Elliott joined Liverpool from Fulham in 2019 for an initial £1.5 million and enjoyed a breakthrough in the 2022/23 season, making 32 league appearances under then-manager Jurgen Klopp.

However, last season saw a significant drop in opportunities, with Elliott starting only two Premier League matches. As a result, his future at Liverpool appears uncertain, with several clubs reportedly keen on signing him. Brighton is among the interested parties, according to former Manchester United and Blackburn scout Mick Brown.

While transfer rumours swirl, Elliott has been on international duty with England at the U21 European Championships in Slovakia. He made a strong impression by scoring in the quarter-final win over Spain and netting twice in the semi-final against the Netherlands.
