Both City and Liverpool have been fighting for the top spot in the Premier League over the past few seasons.

In the past five years, only Jurgen Klopp’s team has prevented City from capturing the league title.

The two teams will compete this season to win the English championship alongside Arsenal.

It has been reported that City and Liverpool are interested in signing Jamal Musiala, the outstanding player for Bayern Munich, during the summer transfer season.

Musiala has declined a new contract offer from Bayern for £150,000 per week, according to the Daily Star.

According to other reports, City is growing increasingly certain that they can defeat teams like Liverpool and Chelsea for the 21-year-old.

The German international has made 28 appearances for Bayern in all competitions so far this season, contributing four assists and nine goals.

Musiala played for teams including Southampton and Chelsea before relocating to Bavaria. He also represented England at the U15, U16, U17, and U21 levels.

He made the decision to promise Germany, the nation of his birth, his worldwide future in 2021.

England captain and Bayern star Harry Kane was all praise for Musiala back in December.

“He’s amazing,” he exclaimed. Excellent child with an excellent mindset as well. desires to get better. aspires to put in a lot of work. He has had several bad injuries that have caused him to lose some rhythm.

“However, you saw tonight how quick and nimble he is when he gets into those areas. He plays a nice final ball after driving with the ball. I would just advise him to keep going, strive to score more goals, and lend a hand more often.

Kane added: “But what is he? 20 years old? He has a great future ahead of him if he keeps doing what he is doing.”
