Why some Chelsea supporters were reading and brushing their teeth during the team’s Premier League victory over Fulham
At Stamford Bridge, seven individuals in green jackets drew the eye.
Chelsea defeated Fulham 1-0 on the pitch.
The prank was a part of a promotion for a brand-new spy movie.
Todd Boehly’s ten-figure personal fortune has come from having more brilliant ideas than bad ones. However, there have undoubtedly been some errors in judgement.
In 2010, Boehly found his Kansas hotel closed when he came in the middle of the night to negotiate a takeover of Security Benefit. Boehly brought his duvet outside to a park bench in the early hours of the morning because there was only one room remaining in the hotel across the street, and it stank of smoke.
Half a decade after he shivered away in Topeka, Boehly seems to have been involved in yet another puzzling choice.
The 1-0 Premier League triumph of Chelsea against Fulham on Saturday lunchtime was marred by some strange incidents that occurred in the fans. The attention was drawn in by seven males wearing green velvet jackets who stood up to salute, pretended to read a book, and brushed their teeth.
This explains one of the more unconventional strategies of the Chelsea co-owner.
What was going on at Stamford Bridge when Chelsea faced Fulham?

Built by Gus Mears in 1904 for Fulham as their home field, Stamford Bridge has seen some unusual spectacles in the century that has followed. It wasn’t even the first time a spectator brought a toothbrush to the game on Saturday.
The purpose of the eye-catching antics against Fulham was to promote Argylle, a recently released movie that was made by one of Boehly’s production businesses.
Prior to Fulham’s visit, Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino was compelled to do his pre-match press conference alongside an action figure of Agent Argylle, the lead character in the spy movie. This was the start of the marketing campaign. On the team’s social media, Enzo Fernandez was also shown uncomfortably toting a prop; nevertheless, the seasoned Thiago Silva was not persuaded to participate in the campaign.

It will be amazing if he joins me here at Stamford Bridge. Even though it seems highly unlikely, it won’t kill me to try to convince him to join me here.
