SHOCKING NEWS: Coming live from Old Trafford, Alejandro Garnacho shared his thoughts after his disallowed goal in Manchester United’s Premier League clash at Brighton & Hove Albion and feels disgusted with United current flop starting ahead of him since the new season started. He Said, “I am not meant to talk about my colleague this way but this is the battle for the fittest I can’t be coming from the bench when I know with my current form I way much better than him. after my disallowed goal I had time to reflect and it’s just matter of time God has something planned for me, I just have to trust the process,” Manchester United star garnacho shares his thought after United defeat “I am way better that him start me and you won’t regret”.
Following his goal that was disallowed in Manchester United’s Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion, Alejandro Garnacho voiced his feelings. On Saturday, August 24, at the Amex, the Red Devils lost 2-1 in the game.
In the 32nd minute, Kaoru Mitoma’s assist to Danny Welbeck’s goal gave the Seagulls the lead. With help from Noussair Mazraoui, Amad Diallo gave Manchester United the equaliser in the 60th minute.
In the 65th minute, Garnacho entered the game as Marcus Rashford’s replacement. In the 72nd minute, he scored. But Joshua Zirkzee was judged to be offside during the build-up, therefore VAR disallowed the goal. Excuse the pun, but Brighton’s João Pedro scored the game’s winning goal in the 95th minute.
Alejandro Garnacho posted an Instagram story with a picture of himself from the game and the words, “God has something planned for me, trust the process,” following their first Premier League loss of the year.
“Thank you United fans for always supporting us,” the 20-year-old forward stated in an upload of another tale he shared, thanking the supporters.
Manchester United is currently 11th in the Premier League with three points from two games after their loss to Brighton.
Manager of Manchester United Erik ten Hag discusses Alejandro Garnacho.
Alejandro Garnacho was discussed by Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag prior to their most recent Premier League match at Brighton & Hove Albion. The Argentine has the potential to be a top-tier player, according to the boss (via GOAL):
ᅵ
“A player of elite calibre? He still has a ways to go. He has a lot of potential. He proved last season that he is a valuable member of the starting lineup. The first step towards becoming a world-class player is putting in a lot of work. That’s what got him to this point and what will get him to the level of that elite player. I concur that he has promise.
Alejandro Garnacho, who began his senior career at Old Trafford in 2022, had 50 appearances last season and scored 10 goals with five assists. With two league appearances this season, the Manchester United graduate has contributed one assist.
The Red Devils’ next Premier League matchup is against Liverpool at Old Trafford on September 1.
