Unseen footage of Trent Alexander-Arnold’s reaction towards the Liverpool crowd has emerged after he was substituted against Brentford.
The Liverpool right-back was taken off on 72 minutes during his side’s 2-0 win, and was replaced by Conor Bradley.
Alexander-Arnold looked less than happy when sat on the bench afterwards, and manager Arne Slot took the unprecedented step of walking over to the bench to explain his decision.
Footage of the England international walking off the pitch at Anfield at full-time has emerged – and he also appeared less than happy at something that was said to him by a section of Reds supporters.
