Radu Dragusin’s club, Genoa, and Tottenham Hotspur are purportedly in agreement to sign him this month.

Gianluigi Longari claims that despite Bayern Munich’s assistance, the deal will not be simple.

The defender would prefer to sign with the German team, who are desperate to recruit him this month. It is said that he intends to postpone making his decision until after the Bavarians have reached a deal with Genoa.

Whether Tottenham can prevail in the competition for his signature will be interesting to watch. They would suffer a severe setback if they were to lose out on the 21-year-old, who they desperately need to bolster their defence.

The Romanian has proven to be a dependable player in the Italian league, and Tottenham may find him to be a valuable long-term asset. The North London team needs to sign the Genoa defender as soon as possible since they lack depth in their defensive lineup.

The only dependable centre defenders the team currently has are Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven. In order to obtain first-team experience, Ashley Phillips was loaned out, and this month, Eric Dier has been linked to a move away from the organisation.

Tottenham has to finalise the deal for Dragusin because they cannot hope to play the rest of the season with just two excellent centre defenders.
