Jadon Sancho registers stunning stat against PSG that he never achieved at Man Utd

Jadon Sancho achieved an impressive feat against Paris Saint-Germain that had eluded him during his time at Manchester United.
Following his excellent performance against Atletico Madrid in the previous Champions League round, Sancho earned a spot in Borussia Dortmund’s starting lineup.
After making Bundesliga history against RB Leipzig in the previous weekend, the Manchester United loanee quickly made an impact against PSG.
In the first 30 minutes against the French powerhouse, Sancho completed an impressive seven dribbles, marking the highest number of dribbles completed in a single Champions League knockout game this season.
Additionally, during his tenure at Manchester United, Sancho never managed to complete seven or more take-ons in a single match for the club.
Rio Ferdinand expressed astonishment at the statistic on TNT Sports, with Jadon Sancho’s performance causing a frenzy on social media.
One user on X commented, “Sancho is excelling for Dortmund in a Champions League semi-final, maybe we’re the issue.
“Another tweeted, “Sancho delivering a better performance than any of our wingers all season.”
A third user added, “Sancho reaching the UCL final in the same year Manchester United finished last in their group.”
A fourth remarked, “Jadon Sancho shining in the UCL semi-final while Ten Hag is at home.”
Another user noted, “Sancho is just one of many players who look completely different when they’re not playing for Manchester United and in a system that suits their strengths.”
Since rejoining Dortmund on loan from Manchester United in January, Sancho has made 16 appearances across all competitions, scoring three goals. Despite his promising performances, Manchester United intends to sell the 24-year-old to generate funds for summer transfers. However, it seems unlikely that they will recoup the £73 million they spent to acquire him in the summer of 2021.
